Hi, We are Joe and Tiffany Doucet, owners of South Beau Fit! We have been married 22 years and have 3 beautiful daughters. Joe grew up in our local community attending South Beauregard, while Tiffany grew up in Moss Bluff. During our first 10 years of marriage, Joe was active duty in the USAF and we were stationed in many different places, including Oklahoma City, Guam, Arizona, Alabama, and Michigan. We have been back in our hometown for the last 12 years.

We have always had a passion for fitness and while traveling the U.S.,we were given opportunities to visit various gym facilities across the country. With this experience and our love and passion for fitness, we decided to build own facility for our local community and incorporate all our favorite things into the gym.

The goal for our gym is to provide a comfortable atmosphere where everyone is valued and welcomed during all stages of their fitness journey. We want you to feel at home, not overwhelmed with gym anxiety. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, helping our members reach their goals, and the cleanest facility in SWLA.
